Role Overview

Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed

  working drawings

  ,

  furniture layouts

  ,

  RCPs

  ,

  electrical layouts

  , and

  joinery details

  as per design intent.
• Convert conceptual sketches and design ideas into

  AutoCAD drawings

  and presentation sets.
• Coordinate with

  designers

  ,

  vendors

  , and

  site teams

  to ensure all drawings align with material specifications and construction requirements.
• Maintain

  drawing accuracy

  and ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
• Maintain an organized library of standard details and project documentation.
• Support 3D visualization and BOQ preparation where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in

  Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering

  .

• 36 years

  of experience as a draftsman in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  SketchUp

  , and

  MS Office

  (knowledge of Revit or 3D tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of

  materials, joinery details, and site coordination

  .
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
