Position: Architectural / Interior Draftsperson Role Overview: Responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent, building codes, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details. Convert conceptual sketches and ideas into technical CAD drawings. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors. Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and compliant with industry standards. Assist in material schedules, BOQs, and documentation. Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential). Knowledge of drafting standards and construction practices. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualifications Required: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in architectural or interior drafting. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualization tools is an advantage. Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise technical drawings. Experience in preparing BOQs, working drawings, and documentation. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
