This is a full-time permanent onsite role for an Architectural Draughtsman/Draftswoman in Ranchi. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 6 months-5 years of hands-on experience in AUTOCAD to join our dynamic team at Metarch Studios, Ranchi. He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop Construction and Architectural drawings in AutoCAD as per the finalized design under the guidance of Principal Architect. Hands-on AutoCAD knowledge and strong civil basic are must. Roles and Responsibilities Develop detailed architectural drawings and structural drawings and documentation using AUTOCAD. Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts. Ensure that all drawings comply with local building byelaws and applicable codes Conduct basic quantity take-offs or material estimation when required. Support site team with updated drawing revisions and layout clarifications Qualifications: Diploma in Architecture /Drafting/Civil. Auto CAD drafting certification. 0–2 years of experience in architectural drafting. Familiarity with local municipal byelaws (Jharkhand preferred). Knowledge of MEP drawings will be an added advantage.
