Deputy General Manager - Design and Project Coordination Role Overview: The Deputy General Manager (DGM) is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of design strategies for large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves leading the design process, from concept through to execution, collaborating with architects, consultants, and internal teams, and driving successful project completion. The DGM will play a key role in translating design ideas into practical solutions and managing key project milestones while ensuring seamless alignment between design, budget, and construction goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Massing & Feasibility: Evaluate the feasibility of residential projects at the pre-planning stage, including built-up and saleable areas, project specifications, and compliance with zoning regulations.
