The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing key aspects of the role, including strategic planning, team coordination, and ensuring the achievement of objectives Duties include analyzing workflows, optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards Additionally, the role involves reporting on performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Description: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in design software’s and other related software’s Strong time-management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies. Keeping Track of all the drawings and correspondence. Client handling in every phase e.g. Designing, Execution, Material Selection etc. Supervise all the ongoing sites & solve all the problems which will obstruct the progress. Aptitude in managing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating with vendors Work with clients to understand their design preferences and needs. Collaborate with contractors and other design professionals to ensure that designs are implemented correctly. Qualification: B.Arch. or B.Tech / B.E (Civil) or Diploma or ITI with 2 years experience.
