Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.Proficiency in design software’s and other related software’s Strong time-management, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.Keeping Track of all the drawings and correspondence.Client handling in every phase e.g. Designing, Execution, Material Selection etc.Supervise all the ongoing sites & solve all the problems which will obstruct the progress.Aptitude in managing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating with vendorsWork with clients to understand their design preferences and needs.Collaborate with contractors and other design professionals to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.Qualification: B.Arch. or B.Tech / B.E (Civil) or Diploma or ITI with 2 years experience.
