Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive (Real Estate & Design Network Focus)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Industry: Building Materials / Real Estate / Architecture & Design
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and well-connected Senior Marketing Executives who have a strong network in the builder, architect, interior designer, landscape architect, and HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) segments. The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented professional who can bring immediate value through established client relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing/sales with relevant exposure to the building / construction / design / HNI client segment.
Strong personal network with at least 20 30 active clients having strong rapport and trust.
Proven track record of delivering immediate and tangible sales results.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for targets and performance.
Own conveyance (2/4 wheeler) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage and build business with builders, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and HNI clients.
Leverage existing client relationships to drive business growth and generate quick results.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations as per the project requirements.
Achieve set sales targets and report on progress regularly.

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to enhance strategic planning
