Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities: Design and Drafting: Assisting in the creation of architectural designs, including sketches, initial drawings, and working with CAD software to develop plans. Documentation and Record Management: Preparing and organizing architectural documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and reports. Project Coordination: Assisting with project coordination, including communication with clients, contractors, and other team members. Compliance and Regulations: Reviewing designs to ensure they comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Site Supervision: Assisting with site visits, inspections, and ensuring adherence to architectural plans. Research and Analysis: Researching building materials, codes, and regulations, as well as analyzing design briefs and feasibility studies. Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing project budgets. Communication: Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members, both verbally and in writing. Technical Skills: Demonstrating proficiency in architectural CAD software, drafting techniques, and other relevant tools.
