Role Overview

Mid-Level Architect or Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop space plans, mood boards, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Design and detail modular units (kitchens, wardrobes, vanities) and integrate them into overall home interiors
• Prepare 2D working drawings, 3D renders, and BOQs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and coordination with factory and on-site execution teams
• Assist in material and finish selection in line with project budgets and design language
• Ensure smooth execution and quality control during implementation
• Stay updated with interior trends, hardware solutions, and emerging materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3–6 years of experience in residential interiors or turnkey design firms
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and attention to detail
• Experience with turnkey or modular design projects preferred
