This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, being well versed with DCPR-2034, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role includes creating plans and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity across all projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong design and visualization skills - CAD
Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for implementing technological solutions in design and project workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Understanding of industry standards, local building codes, and sustainable design principles
