Architect

Provide an overall vision for architectural projects, aligning designs with company's needs and firm objectives.

Guide and develop junior architects and support staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Oversee multiple plotted projects, leading project teams from concept through completion. Coordinate and guide the development team, bridging the gap between various departments, contractors, and engineers.

Involve in projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, legal standards, and budget constraints, while also driving innovation and establishing architectural best practices for the organization.

Involve in mentoring and leading junior staff, managing the performance of my design teams, coordinating internal project teams and external stakeholders, and fostering strong relationships with the management to ensure project success and team cohesion.

Designing the project as per the government norms and the legal measures for the smooth completion of the project and getting all the approvals & permission from the authority in time. Involve in delivering presentation at collectorate for development permission and completion certificate for all projects of the organisation.

Identifying and analyzing stakeholders, communicating project goals and progress to various parties, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design direction, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts by acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical groups.

Providing proper area statement & ratio as per the agreement in all projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in real estate or construction projects.

Strong creative vision and technical expertise.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
