Architect // Sr Architect

Location: Andheri (Saki Naka)

Job Overview:

As an Architect in Project Management Department at DBOT Realty Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. You will collaborate with clients, develop creative ideas considering client needs and environmental impact, and help client in producing Final design while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Take the project "brief" and identify clients' needs.
2. Co-ordinate with design consultants to develop creative ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
3. Co-ordinate with client, consultant to finalise & produce final design & drawings, making necessary corrections, and compiling project specifications.
4. Help client & execution team in managing projects within budgetary constraints and timelines.
5. Ensure all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
6. Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status and provide regular reports as well as help to resolve bottleneck issues.
7. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven working experience of min. 3-4 years as an Architect.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and successful project outcomes.
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (Autocad mandatory, Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage)
5. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
6. Visual awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and project management skills.
8. B. Arch / G.D. Arch degree in Architecture.
9. Immediate joiner preferred.
