Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP PMC (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project Management Consultant) Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The MEP PMC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical engineering, and building services. Daily tasks include ensuring project specifications are met, conducting site inspections, liaising with contractors, and managing project timelines to ensure efficient execution and quality control. Qualifications Experience with Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Skills in MEP Coordination and Building Services management Proficiency in project management and ability to oversee multiple tasks Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards Bachelor's degree or Diploma (with exp.) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering

Ltd., you will be responsible for controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. You will collaborate with clients, develop creative ideas considering client needs and environmental impact, and help client in producing Final design while adhering to budgets and timelines. Responsibilities: Take the project "brief" and identify clients' needs. Co-ordinate with design consultants to develop creative ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact. Co-ordinate with client, consultant to finalise & produce final design & drawings, making necessary corrections, and compiling project specifications. Help client & execution team in managing projects within budgetary constraints and timelines. Ensure all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status and provide regular reports as well as help to resolve bottleneck issues. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements. Requirements and Skills: Proven working experience of min. 3-4 years as an Architect. Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and successful project outcomes. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (Autocad mandatory, Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage) Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
