Role Description

The Manager of Contracts will oversee, manage, and negotiate various contracts related to the organization's real estate projects. Responsibilities include contract drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve contractual issues and ensure smooth project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring expertise in contract management and the ability to work in a dynamic real estate environment.

• Strong skills in Contract Drafting, Review, and Negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of Legal Compliance, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Requirements
• Project Management and Vendor/Client Relationship Management proficiency
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving capabilities
• Attention to Detail and Analytical Thinking
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
