Architect - Real Estate

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on project experience, strong design execution capabilities, and a track record of delivering large-scale developments in developer-side roles.

You will lead the architectural vision and process from concept to GFC, manage end-to-end project design delivery, coordinating with consultants and ensuring delivery excellence across high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and detail coordination across project lifecycle
• Ensure GFC drawings are accurate and issued as per project schedules
• Collaborate with internal & external consultants – Structural, MEP, Liaising, Interiors, etc.
• Regularly visit sites to resolve on-ground queries and ensure design compliance
• Maintain adherence to local DCR, MOEF/HRC requirements where applicable
• Guide junior architects, ensuring adherence to company standards and innovation goals
• Stay updated with new materials, sustainability practices, and tools.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a real estate developer firm
• Hands-on working experience on Revit for minimum 2 years
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s building codes, approvals, and construction practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
