Architect - Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project goals and objectives.
• Supervise and lead the design department, fostering continuous improvement in the process.
• Oversee the development and progress of designs for various projects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the design department.
• To coordinate and monitor the design engineering team to prepare/ modify the company's Display centres & Events/Exhibitions layout and detailed furniture drawings as per Company’s furniture fittings and as per the Project specific requirement
• To understand the requirement and get rough sketches/ customized designs/ wall elevations & develop detailed drawings with the help of computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) software(s) from the Design Engineers.
• To implement new ideas / process
• To maintain a record of drawings and update change in drawings, etc
• In addition, carry out any other assignments related to designing / Furniture drawings / Hardware fittings as assigned by Management/ Sales and Marketing Director
• Prepare feasibility drawings for layouts, apartments, and villa projects.
• Craft and present master plans, including parking layout, ensuring plinth efficiency and parking efficiency are well-documented.
• Collaborate with MEP and Structural consultants to ensure alignment of all design elements.
• Coordinate with the Elevation & Landscape team to maintain the aesthetic and functional balance of the projects.
• Vet Pre DCR & Approval drawings for accuracy and adherence to set standards.
• Collaborate with the GFC team to finalize Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Engage with miniature model house consultants and present designs seamlessly to the marketing team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Architectural Design and Planning.
• Mandatory: Extensive involvement in residential projects, including layouts, apartments, and villas.
• Astute attention to detail, ensuring all designs are flawless and executable.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to seamlessly work with various teams.
• Proficient in architectural design software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
