---### *KRAs – Project Coordinator*#### *1. Project Planning & Scheduling*Assist the Transformation Manager in preparing project timelines, work breakdown structures, and schedules.Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure milestones are met.Track project progress and update internal dashboards or reports.Executing morning meetings with PMCs and TPs to ensure effective site progress.#### *2. Coordination & Communication*Act as the primary communication bridge between clients, vendors, site teams, and office departments.Schedule and document project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are actioned.Maintain clear documentation of all project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.#### *3. TP and PMC Management*Monitor PMC work and verify the bills and approvals provided by PMC.Onboard and training new TPs and PMCs agencies.#### *4. Site Monitoring & Reporting*Regularly visit sites (if required) to check progress and alignment with planned schedules.Collect updates from PMCs/ TMs and prepare weekly progress reports.Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate to management with corrective actions.#### *5. Documentation & Compliance*Maintain organized records of project files, drawings, change requests, and client approvals.Ensure all site activities follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.Support in preparation of project handover documents and completion reports..#### *6. Managing CRM and system updates*Handling and updating all activities on system and maintaining the record on CRM.
