Job Description

ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development of architectural projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.
Prepare conceptual and detailed design drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Incorporate climate-responsive design principles and efficient space planning.
Collaborate on the selection of materials, finishes, and systems to improve building performance.
Ensure design intent is carried through during construction phases with site coordination and review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
0-5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Strong design and visualization skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Desire to work on green building, energy efficiency, & sustainable architecture would be preferable.
