Key Responsibilities: Lead the design development of architectural projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes. Prepare conceptual and detailed design drawings, presentations, and construction documents. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants Incorporate climate-responsive design principles and efficient space planning. Collaborate on the selection of materials, finishes, and systems to improve building performance. Ensure design intent is carried through during construction phases with site coordination and review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 0-5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. Strong design and visualization skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Good communication and team coordination skills. Desire to work on green building, energy efficiency, & sustainable architecture would be preferable.

It is essential to have experience in coordinating with consultants and site agencies. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in transportation and healthcare projects. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with project architects on a variety of projects from design to construction administration. You will be responsible for preparing design and construction drawings and documentation. Collaboration with architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of drawing and document management, cataloguing, and record-keeping. Effective communication with clients through letters, emails, and other correspondences will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or a related field, along with experience in a reputable firm. Proficiency in creating detailed building drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts, is required. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and building codes.
