Job Description

As an Architectural Draughtsperson with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for drawing and detailing various large projects. It is essential to have experience in coordinating with consultants and site agencies. Your thorough knowledge of working drawings, submission drawings, and presentation drawings will be crucial for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in transportation and healthcare projects. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with project architects on a variety of projects from design to construction administration. You will be responsible for preparing design and construction drawings and documentation. Collaboration with architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of drawing and document management, cataloguing, and record-keeping. Effective communication with clients through letters, emails, and other correspondences will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or a related field, along with experience in a reputable firm. Proficiency in creating detailed building drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts, is required. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and building codes. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, are essential. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are also necessary for this role.,
