With over 700 projects completed in India and internationally, Nirman has worked on notable projects including the NOIDA Convention and Habitat Centre, the Netherlands Embassy complex, and a township for the Nuclear Power Corporation. Recognized for its green design ethos, the firm is committed to sustainability and actively participates in various CSR initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, overseeing project management tasks, and collaborating with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate structural and aesthetic elements. Daily responsibilities include preparing design proposals, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals aligned with sustainability and innovation principles.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects efficiently
Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to the architecture field
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
Capability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience in sustainable design and green building standards is an advantage
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and related compliance
