Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of architectural projects from initial concept to final completion—including design, documentation, approvals, and construction coordination.
Create and present design proposals and visual representations to clients.
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and other team members to uphold the integrity of the design.
Review and validate drawings, technical documents, and construction specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Manage timelines, project budgets, and team resources effectively.
Visit construction sites to track progress and address any design or technical challenges.
Guide and support junior team members and drafting staff with technical and design input.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); professional licensure is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in architecture, including project coordination.
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
Solid understanding of local regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
Strong communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Capable of managing multiple ongoing projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
