Objective The Architect will lead project designs, produce working drawings, and coordinate across consultants and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality architectural output. Key Responsibility - Lead concept design development for residential and commercial projects - Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and mood boards - Coordinate working drawings and issue GFCs - Collaborate with consultants (structure, MEP, landscape) - Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance - Maintain drawing logs and update revisions - Handle client presentations and feedback rounds Skills Required - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office - Understanding of construction detailing and material specifications - Good verbal and written communication - Time management and multi-project coordination - B.Arch. degree with 2+ years of experience - Portfolio of executed or conceptual designs - Willingness to work on both design and site review Show more Show less
