Role Description

full-time, on-site

design development, project planning, site coordination, and collaborative ideation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual and schematic architectural design
• Preparation of working drawings, 3D visual references, and client presentations
• Site analysis and planning support
• Coordinating with consultants, site engineers, and clients
• Actively participating in project reviews and team discussions
• Embracing sustainable and locally relevant design practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Strong design sensibility and spatial understanding
• Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar
• Basic understanding of project workflows and documentation
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment
