Job Description

We are actively seeking Architects with excellent creativity skills and experience to work collaboratively with design teams on large projects. In addition to aptitude for design and problem-solving abilities candidate must be reliable, trust-worthy, detail-oriented with strong work-ethic. Remuneration will be at par with current industry standard. Job description - 1. The architect is required to work on all stages of project from conception to completion. It involves working on concept, schematic, design development and working drawings documents of a mid-to-large scale projects so similar experience and understanding is highly desirable. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity to coordinate with associated stakeholders and team members on the project. 3. Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe photoshop, Sketch-up and rendering softwares (Lumion, Enscape) & MS Office is required. 4. Time management and work-priority skills. 5. Willingness to commit for a minimum of two years and assume both project and office related responsibilities including site visits, making reports, tender filing and quantity estimations.
