About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead or assist in:

• Design Presentations

• Design Development

• Preparation of Working Drawings

• Site Execution & Supervision

Coordinate effectively with:

• Clients

• Consultants

• Internal Design & Liaisoning Teams

• Support the

  Liaisoning team

  in the preparation and submission of regulatory drawings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

  or equivalent

• 2 to 8 years

  of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD 2D

  or

  ZWCAD

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Office

  , including

  Excel

  and

  PowerPoint

• Experience in

  project execution and coordination

  is essential
• Familiarity with

  DCPR 2034

  and preparation of

  submission drawings

  is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of

  Revit

  ,

  Photoshop

  , or other relevant design software is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
