Architect (Container / Pre-Fab Structures)

Role Overview

• The Interior Architect will lead the

  design and execution of interior layouts

  for container-based architecture projects, ensuring that functionality, ergonomics, and technical feasibility align with our engineering standards. This role requires both creative vision and strong technical expertise in modular interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  interior design and spatial planning

  of container-based architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with

  structural engineers, MEP consultants, and external vendors

  to ensure safety, feasibility, and compliance with codes.
• Develop

  detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and design presentations

  , including material palettes, lighting plans, and furniture layouts.
• Create

  technical specifications, joinery details, and fit-out plans

  tailored for modular environments.
• Optimize layouts for

  functionality, ergonomics, insulation, ventilation, and utility integration

  .
• Research and apply

  sustainable materials, modular systems, and emerging design trends

  in compact interiors.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams and oversee the

  fit-out phase

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field

  .
• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in architectural or interior design, with preference for modular/container-based projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite

  , and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  modular systems, compact living solutions, and space optimization

  techniques.
• Familiarity with

  building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices

  .
• Excellent

  project management, coordination, and communication

  skills.
