Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Provide expert advice on space planning, layout, and interior design elements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, renderings, and presentations.
• Stay updated with architectural and interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proven experience as an Architect cum Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or SketchUp.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong design and visualization skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
