Architect

*Design and Planning*:
- Designing and developing building plans, models, and blueprints- Creating and refining architectural designs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements- Developing and implementing sustainable design principles and practices- *Project Management*:- Managing construction projects from concept to completion- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources- *Communication and Collaboration*:- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design compliance- Presenting design plans and proposals to clients and stakeholders- *Technical Expertise*:- Applying knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations- Analyzing site conditions and recommending design solutions- Ensuring designs are structurally sound and meet safety standards- *Documentation and Administration*:- Preparing and maintaining project documents, including reports, logs, and records- Reviewing and verifying documents produced by other team members for accuracy- Managing project budgets, contracts, and other administrative tasks- *Site Visits and Monitoring*:- Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with designs and regulations- Identifying and addressing any issues or defects that arise during construction
