Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong creative, technical, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and design presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and supervise project progress when required.
• Ensure designs meet regulations, building codes, and project standards.
• Work on interior layouts, space planning, and material selections.
• Prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation.
• Contribute to innovative design solutions and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture or interior design firms.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with contractors and site coordination is a plus.
