Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Executive with a strong background in data entry and basic knowledge of accounting tasks. The role will primarily focus on maintaining records and documentation, while supporting simple accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry (Main Role):

• Enter and update company and project records
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation
• Prepare reports and summaries for management
• Assist in office coordination and record tracking

Accounting (Support Role):

• Record basic accounting entries (invoices, payments, expenses)
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes
• Assist with payroll and vendor reconciliations
• Prepare simple financial reports using Excel or Tally

Preferred Background

• Experience in engineering consultancy or construction firms is an added advantage
• Familiarity with typical accounting responsibilities in these industries is a plus
• Candidates with a home near Calicut are preferred

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting tools like Tally (preferred)
• Good organizational and documentation skills

Salary
₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (based on skills and experience)
