Site Supervisor/Project Manager (Kannur)

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day construction site activities for our projects in Kannur. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of hands-on site experience who are eager to take on responsibility and grow with the company.

Company Location: Calicut (Office-based)
Work Location: Project site in Kannur (On-site work)

Requirements

• Education:
• B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma (Civil Engineering)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of site supervision or construction experience
• Other Requirements:
• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence
• Residing within 10–15 km of Kannur (preferred)
• Languages:
• Malayalam, Hindi, and/or English (basic communication skills required)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site work
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials efficiently
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
• Coordinate with project managers and resolve on-site issues promptly
