• Location : Assam, guwahati


• Develop and design architectural plans and blueprints in alignment with project specifications and client requirements.


• Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure architectural designs are implemented effectively and adhere to safety standards.


• Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory guidelines.


• Engage in research and analysis of environmental, legal, and technological factors affecting architectural projects to provide innovative and sustainable solutions.


• Participate in client meetings to discuss project objectives, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications requested by clients.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.


• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams.
