Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural projects from concept to execution.
Prepare detailed
architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings
.
Collaborate with the design and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of architecture and interiors.
Conduct
site visits
to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation boards as required.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communication effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
(B.Arch / M.Arch).
1–5 years
of professional experience (depending on position level).
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/V-Ray, and MS Office
.
Excellent understanding of design detailing and execution processes.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently or within a team.
