Agrasheel Infratech is hiring an experienced Architect to join our real estate development team in Gomtinagar, Lucknow and work on high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, GFC, and detailed working drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants
Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, fire norms, and statutory approvals
Assist with authority submissions and client presentations
Coordinate with project and site execution teams to maintain design intent
Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues
Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups
Manage design revisions and value engineering

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institute
6–8 years of relevant experience with real estate developers or reputed architectural firms
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit/BIM knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and finishes
Knowledge of building regulations and approval processes
Good communication and coordination skills
