Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and present initial project design concepts to clients. Prepare and adjust architectural drawings using CAD software. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility. Apply for planning permissions and advise clients on statutory approvals required for projects. Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to architectural plans. Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications. Modify designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors. Input preparation in form of design brief, review of design concept, review of schematics, review of material specifications, review of material specifications, review of space & functional planning with respect to design brief by local-by-laws, optimization of specs, review of café drawings. Skills And Attributes Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Keen attention to detail and a high level of creativity. Effective time management skills, especially when handling multiple projects. Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Experience Extensive experience in architectural design and project management, particularly in the commercial and hospitality sectors. A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design expertise. Qualifications Education and Certification Requirements: A professional degree in Architecture (bachelor’s or master’s degree). Licensure to practice architecture, typically involving passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes. Min Qualification:- B.Arch. with First Class. Min.
