AAKAR by P.S. Mistry’s Construction is a technical architecture firm providing services in creating detailed and precise architectural drawings and documentation for construction. Our coordination service 

is dedicated to effectively managing all working drawings from a variety of disciplines involved in a construction project. This includes contributions from architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) professionals, landscape designers, parking consultants, facade experts, and interior designers. We begin by thoroughly reviewing and integrating all drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy across disciplines. Our team focuses on clear and effective communication of every detail to contractors on-site, facilitating a seamless transfer of information. This proactive communication helps to significantly minimize requests for information (RFIs), which can cause delays and increase costs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at AAKAR TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS located in Ahmedabad. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day architectural tasks, including design development, production of construction documents, and coordination with consultants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
