Job Description

Senior Claims Processing Executive - US Voice Process

Location:

Senior Claims Processing Executives (S-CPE)

What You'll Do

Contact insurance companies via calls (primary) and emails (as needed) to verify claim and bill status.
Analyze and evaluate Workers Compensation claim payments using proprietary software and tools.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of reimbursement details.
Follow up with payers to ensure claims and supporting documentation are received and processed.
Prepare and submit Workers’ Compensation bills or appeal letters with necessary documentation.
Safeguard patient information by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Consistently meet quality and productivity targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Education
: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
:

2-3 years in a US-based BPO, healthcare insurance industry, or similar roles.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Windows applications.

Skills
:

Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask (e.g., data entry while conversing).
Professional and confident communication via phone, email, and fax.
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of work.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
