Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Accounts

Receivable (AR) team in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

You will be responsible for reviewing and following up on unpaid medical claims with

insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer queries through phone in a clear and professional manner.

 Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

 Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high-quality standards.

 Document interactions and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.

 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support.

 Work collaboratively with peers and report to the team leader/manager.

Required Skills:

 Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

 Basic knowledge of US healthcare and medical billing terminology (a plus).

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Familiarity with MS O ice.

 Quick learner and team player.

 Willing to work in Night shift (6:00 PM TO 3:00 AM)

 Work from office

Educational Qualification:

 Any Graduate

 Medical billing or healthcare background preferred but not mandatory.
