Team Leader - Accounts Receivable

As a Team Leader - Accounts Receivable (Call Center) at Pacific BPO, an Access Healthcare company, you will play a crucial role in supervising the team responsible for Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Services. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the team's production and ensure timely delivery as per SLAs. You will maintain a record of client KPIs and evaluate the team's performance against these indicators. It will be your duty to review and address issue logs raised by client partners before escalation to customers. Your expertise in Accounts Receivable processes will be essential in providing guidance and handling client escalations effectively. In this role, you will provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team to enhance their skills and performance. Adherence to organizational policies and procedures is paramount, and you will be expected to lead by example by upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior. Monitoring and reporting team performance, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and establishing control mechanisms are also part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the quality and business transformation team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvement projects will be crucial for driving operational efficiency. To qualify for this position, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in revenue cycle service delivery management, including leading account teams of at least 50 individuals. Your proven expertise in problem-solving and revenue cycle transformation, such as enhancing collections percentages and expanding client account teams, will be highly valuable. Strong knowledge of US revenue cycle management for Physician Practices and Hospitals is required, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities to motivate and engage direct reports, are essential to succeed in this role. Your ability to develop talent within the team and drive employee retention will contribute to the overall success of the Accounts Receivable operations.,
