Job Description

As a Team Leader for Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Services with Pacific BPO, an Access Healthcare company, your role involves supervising the team working on assigned cases, monitoring team production and SLA delivery, keeping a record of client KPIs and team performance, monitoring issue logs raised by client partners, providing subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes, managing escalations raised by clients, providing mentorship, training, and coaching to the team, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, leading by example with the highest ethical standards, monitoring and reporting team performance as required, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and collaborating with quality and business transformation teams for process improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the team's work on assigned cases - Monitor team production and SLA delivery - Keep a record of client KPIs and team performance - Monitor issue logs raised by client partners - Provide subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes - Manage and handle escalations raised by clients - Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team - Adhere to organizational policies and procedures - Lead by example with the highest ethical standards - Monitor and report team performance as needed - Update Standard Operating Procedures and establish control mechanisms - Work with quality and business transformation team for process improvement projects Qualification Requirements: - 5 to 8 years of revenue cycle service delivery management experience - Account team leadership experience with 50+ individuals - Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and revenue cycle transformation - Strong knowledge of US revenue cycle management for Physician Practices and Hospitals - Proven track record in problem-solving and process efficiency improvement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate direct reports - Talent development, employee retention, and engagement drive Please note: If you want to deepen your knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and work with a company that values your growth and contribution, Pacific BPO, an Access Healthcare company, offers a vibrant culture and growth opportunities to enhance your career in the healthcare industry.,
