Team Leader - Accounts Receivable

As a Team Leader for Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Services with Pacific BPO, an Access Healthcare company, your role involves supervising the team working on assigned cases, monitoring team production and SLA delivery, keeping a record of client KPIs and team performance, monitoring issue logs raised by client partners, providing subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes, managing escalations raised by clients, providing mentorship, training, and coaching to the team, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, leading by example with the highest ethical standards, monitoring and reporting team performance as required, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and collaborating with quality and business transformation teams for process improvement projects.
