Job Title: Medical Billing – Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing – AR Caller to join our revenue cycle management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, claim denials, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
• Resolve denials, underpayments, and rejections by coordinating with payers.
• Review A/R aging reports and prioritize follow-up tasks for timely collections.
• Identify and escalate issues causing claim delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the billing system.
• Work with internal teams to reprocess or appeal denied claims.
• Meet productivity and quality targets as set by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of AR calling experience in US Medical Billing.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare, CPT/ICD codes, and payer guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume claims.
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Epic, Athena).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
