Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely collections. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing accounts receivables and client communications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing, AR follow-up, or revenue cycle management (RCM).
• MS Excel and reporting skills for tracking claim status and AR aging.
• Excellent verbal communication to handle high-volume calls with insurance representatives.
• Ability to explain claim/denial issues in simple terms to patients or providers.
• Proficiency in medical billing software / practice management systems (Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Kareo, etc.
• Knowledge of claim lifecycle: charge entry → claim submission → adjudication → payment posting → AR follow-up.
