Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller based in Noida. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims and accounts receivable issues. Daily tasks include verifying claim status, updating account information, processing claim rejections, and managing denials. The AR Caller will also ensure accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and actions taken.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AR calling, account resolution, and claims management
• Experience in verifying claim status and updating account information
• Knowledge of processing claim rejections and managing denials
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard bookkeeping and tax filing software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Relevant education or certification in accounting, finance, or related field
