Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additional tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing job descriptions, posting job vacancies on various platforms, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, identifying potential candidates, and conducting interviews
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with hiring managers
• Ability to develop job descriptions and post job vacancies on various platforms
• Experience in maintaining candidate databases and supporting employer branding initiatives
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
