Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment from clients.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer complaints and concerns related to accounts receivable.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

Job

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience working in an IT-enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
