detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive
Job Summary:
AP/AR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
Accounts Payable
and Accounts Receivable
processes, including invoice processing, vendor/customer reconciliations, and payment follow-ups. - Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors and customers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collections.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Prepare and analyze AP/AR aging reports and provide periodic updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives for greater efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
10–12 years of experience
in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
functions.B. Com graduate
(specialization in Finance/Accounting preferred).- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP/AR processes, and reconciliation practices.
- Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
are mandatory.
- Ability to work in
US/UK shifts
with flexibility in working hours. - Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to working in multinational organizations or a global shared services environment.
- Experience in process transitions, automation, or ERP implementation will be an added advantage.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of customer master creation and maintenance.
- Error-free and compliant invoicing (domestic and export).
- Timely reconciliation of the debtor's ledger with GL.
- Reduction in overdue accounts and improved collection efficiency.
- Accuracy of monthly and year-end reports.
