Job Overview

Care Group of Institutions is seeking a Junior Aptitude Trainer for its Trichy location. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to possess 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should be someone who can effectively train students in aptitude skills, enabling them to excel in competitive exams and enhance their academic and career prospects.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Aptitude Training (Mandatory skill), focusing on preparing students for competitive environments.
  • Strong logical reasoning skills to help students develop critical-thinking abilities.
  • Expertise in Quantitative Aptitude to train students on numerical and mathematical reasoning.
  • Ability to design effective assessments that accurately measure student progress and understanding.
  • Classroom management skills to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere and manage class activities efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal ability to communicate concepts clearly and succinctly to students.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology-enhanced learning methods to innovate teaching strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with students and colleagues.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive aptitude training sessions for students, facilitating their academic success and readiness for competitive examinations.
  • Develop and update training materials, align them with industry standards and student needs.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other educators to integrate training content into the broader curriculum effectively.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to discussions on curriculum development and student engagement strategies.
  • Design and conduct assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes and iterate instructional practices accordingly.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and enhance student understanding.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment encouraging students' active participation and self-confidence.
