Apps Support Intmd Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as an Apps Support Intmd Analyst at Citi, where you will be responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. Your role will involve understanding apps support procedures, collaborating with technology partners for issue resolutions, and ensuring that different areas of apps support integrate effectively to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors - Participate in disaster recovery testing, application releases, and post-release checkouts - Develop and maintain technical support documentation - Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues - Work with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements - Contribute to Support Project items focusing on Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role - Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures and other technical areas - Previous experience in process improvements - Basic understanding of financial markets and products - Knowledge/experience of problem management tools - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, encouraging all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
