Role Overview: The Apps Support Intmd Analyst position at Citi is suitable for a developing professional who can independently solve complex problems by integrating specialty area knowledge with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, addressing issues from stakeholders, providing short-term resolutions, and collaborating with technology partners for long-term solutions - Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors - Participate in disaster recovery testing, application releases, post-release checkouts, and technical support documentation maintenance - Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, cooperate with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements - Ensure quality and efficiency, contribute to Support Project items, and demonstrate ownership of stability, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a related field - Basic knowledge of apps support procedures and technical areas, with an interest in process improvements - Basic understanding of financial markets, problem management tools, and technology strategy - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment - Education requirements include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience - Additional qualifications such as experience in supporting web-based applications, knowledge of microservices architecture, familiarity with tools like Kibana, Splunk, App Dynamics, Unix, SQL, Kubernetes, and exposure to OpenShift will be advantageous for this role (Note: Omitting additional details of the company as it was not provided in the job description),
